4 x sliced kiwi, sliced 1/8-inch thick
3 cup sugar
1 / lime juice 4 cups
8 oz crushed pineapple, undrained
Package 3 oz liquid fruit pectin
DSH green food color 3

In the microwave: In a bowl, microwave 2-quart box Kiwi combine, sugar, lemon juice and pineapple. Microwave on high power for 11 1 / 2 to 16 minutes or until mixture comes to full boil, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in liquid pectin. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until the mixture begins to boil completely. Cooking for 1 minute. Skim foam, add food coloring. Spoon in 5 clean, hot pots, down 8 ounces screw. Cool several hours. In a refrigerator to store up to 3 weeks or in freezer up to 3 months.
