Which Fruit & Veg Are Best To Eat When On A Low Carb Diet?? - low carb veg

I just decided to create a diet that will go low in carbohydrates, but I'm are not sure or can not eat. I know I can eat meat, but fruit and vegetables are low in carbohydrates?

Carbohydrates are the lowest vegetables. Kale, broccoli, cabbage, asparagus, artichokes, jicama, turnip greens and roots, kale, spinach, radishes, lettuce, mustard, celery is a good substitute for potatoes, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts.

Raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, melon, mandarin, grapefruit, peppers, zucchini and pumpkin,

And macadamia nuts, Brazil nuts, almonds.

A good source would be to borrow books or websites on the glycemic index, this index ranks foods according to their carbohydrate loading (less the result of the index, the better).

Vegetables, low-carb lettuce and broccoli. As for fruit, I think they are apples, bananas, although they are not.

just avoid very starchy, like potatoes, sweet potatoes and Tapiocca .. green fruits and most vegetables and those in the fiber, such as pineapple, watermelon and papaya are the most beneficial
